1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp chipotle powder
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp ground pepper
1 tbsp smoked paprika
½ cup brown sugar
Mix all ingredients together.
BONUS: This is my secret rub when I smoke pork ribs or pork shoulder. It is extremely easy to double (or triple) and I store my extra in a sealed jar. Perfect mix of sweet and spicy. It has been known to have also been sprinkled over popcorn.
